Welcome to the
1790 House 

The 1790 House is a blank slate venue. We can host up to 200 guests within a tent of your choosing. We work directly with Sperry Tents Seacoast, who can provide a variety of tent options and everything required to put on the event of your dreams. Chill Catering, our sister company, provides exclusive in-house catering.

The venue fee includes the historic house for your wedding party to get ready or your corporate breakout groups. Should you wish to rent the house for overnight accommodations, or buyout the Muddy River Smokehouse for a rehearsal dinner or brunch, that is available too!
